Chief, on the topic of LCD Saver, might it cause desync issues on the RT4K in framelock mode? Mine kept resyncing on my XG270, so I swapped to genlock and it's been fine. LCD Saver on 1 min, PureXP Ultra.
Shader looks great, Fluffy! I might never use it myself but appreciate your effort.

I've had no joy with this and it doesn't seem possible. I noticed the HDMI input was [email protected], so I matched the output at triple the Hz with...

Re: External BFI Injection -- I am working with Retrotink 4K!
Thanks for fixing this thread for me Chief (403 error). Is there any way to output 1080p180 from a 1080p60 input on the Tink?
The RAM load sits around 63% for 1080p120 output, rising to 92% at 180Hz, but I get something like a SBS 3D output using the CVT-RB modeline from https://guspaz.github.io ...

Re: When will CRT simulation be available for Consoles?
You do get the reduced lag of whatever your display's latency is at the RT4K's output Hz. I've just recently tested this with my DLP projector, which has a 120Hz lag of 8.4ms in game mode (Enhanced as Optoma call it), and with the Tink outputting 120Hz BFI from a 60Hz input this rises to 17.2ms. So ...

Is anyone else getting 403 Forbidden errors when trying to post in certain threads? For me it's the Retrotink one in the OLED folder.

Re: External BFI Injection -- I am working with Retrotink 4K!
Just before I order one, can anyone please confirm the RT4K supports 1080p240 output with CRT beam emulation for 1080p60 inputs (ie HDMI consoles set to that res)?
I've read conflicting reports about this, with some people telling me the output limit for 1080p60 sources at 240Hz is 720p, rather ...

Re: When will CRT simulation be available for Consoles?
To answer my own question, I've been told CRT beam emulation can output 1080p240 with a 720p60 input. Else 1080p120 with a 1080p60 input.
Hopefully there'll be an HDMI 2.1 option in future.

Re: When will CRT simulation be available for Consoles?
Chief, what's the RT4K's maximum output Hz at 1080p for a 1080p60 input?
It sounds like 120Hz with BFI/beam emulation, or 144 without. But isn't 180 just within bandwidth, for an extra black frame or beam step?

Re: External BFI Injection -- I am working with Retrotink 4K!
You will need to sacrifice 4K60 output to do 1080p240 output or 1440p120 output with a Retrotink. The BFI is adjustable in 25% (4ms), 50% (8ms), 75% (12ms) persistence when outputting 1080p240.
Chief, is 240Hz output required to unlock all 3 options? With 60Hz input, that is.

Re: Good News - A 1440p 240hz without eye strain found, but there's bad news
Lots of forums I've used discourage new threads if there's a topical one to join, but while eye strain and smoothness perception both relate to our eyes, I appreciate the science between their explanations might be very different!
