Does anyone know if the strobing utility software works with the XL2540k. If so I'm just assuming it dims it down to around 200 nits due to no voltage increase of the backlights? Could be a nice budget xl2546k though if it works though!

Answer kinda late but maybe someone has the same problem. Here is the fix.

You have to get the "Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)" tool and delete all native resolutions. Then create couple resolutions with your overclocked hz settings. Then activate Auto-Start for OorBuster.exe or open it from a ...
