I also can't stand many monitors, especially IPS.
Tell me, how do your eyes perceive IPS and TN?

Try out OLED, at least from a source with money-back guarantee (if it creates eyestrain). Like Amazon.

It can go both ways; OLED reduced eyestrain over LCD for me in many cases (Albiet I had to do some text adjustment).
