Re: Gigabyte G24F (ver. 1) - vertical lines
Thanks for your help. My issue isnt that bad. I finally decided to keep the monitor because I increased distance from the monitor (arm's lenght) and it works pretty well. My next monitor will be 27 or 32' but definitely will check it for pixel inversion artefacts in first days so I dont loose my ret...

Re: Gigabyte G24F (ver. 1) - vertical lines
Pixel inversion artifacts are in my opinion the worst kind of monitor defects. They completely mess up the smoothness of everything. Games, videos, scrolling, etc. They are the very first thing I look for after getting a new a monitor. When I see them on a new monitor, I immediately put it back in ...

Re: Gigabyte G24F (ver. 1) - vertical lines
My lines are def. moving so its driving me crazy. Very distracting. I was not looking for any imperfections, but the effect is very noticable, it gives me impression of low res. I talked to one guy who has the monitor and I asked him to look at the Quebec City Moving Photo test with specific refresh...

Re: Gigabyte G24F (ver. 1) - vertical lines
This is typically an inversion artifact -- from the LCD voltage inversion algorithm. Normally invisible, but sometimes it creates artifacts (horizontal lines, vertical lines, or chessboard patterns). https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?t=3629 Switching refresh rates can increase/diminish t...

Gigabyte G24F (ver. 1) - vertical lines
Hello everyone, Anyone has the monitor? I get vertically lines in games and even movies with gentle camera movement. So I'm able to reproduce the effect. Testufo has a test named moving picture and Qubec City is the best picture to see it. When monitor is set at 60hz the effect dissapears at the pac...

Re: Xbox One X - 30 fps question
Is there any monitor on the market with good motion interpolation for 30fps? I saw it on Samsung and Sony tvs but never heard about such monitors. Strobing isnt probably the thing I'm looking for.

Looking for a monitor w/ motion smoothing
Hi, is there any monitor that supports motion smoothing of 30fps graphics modes (on Series X)?
I know about tvs but I want a monitor with this feature. I heard about strobbing but I guess it wont help with 30fps games.
