Re: Mouse and keyboard Regedit settings
I didn't want to make a separate post at first but it's been a while. These settings give me the most responsiveness but I'm not sure if WppRecorder_UseTimeStamp is present in versions other than 11.

Re: *New Method to Eliminate Input Lag and Frame Stutters*
Stumbled upon this after trying to figure out why my audio device didn't have the "Enhancements" tab. So happy I did.
I didn't go the distance of what op posted, simply installed the HD audio driver in place of Realtek and the difference was instant.

Re: Any Mini-LED monitors with BFI?
Anybody know what happened to MSI's Mini LED 500hz monitor? The MSI MPG 272QPX was revealed over a year ago at CES (2024), kinda surprised they didn't push this to market due to OLEDs unresolved burn-in issues.

HUB/MUB did a good exposé on DP2.1
Looks like more BS with different UHBR bandwidth configurations and cables/GPUs that say they are DP2.1 capable but won't deliver the full 80gb of speed needed to avoid DSC. Buyer beware!

Re: Overclocking PG248QP non DCS from 360hz to 480hz
Guys, I used https://www.kramerav.com/bandwidth-calculator/ to calculate all the numbers I posted in the LG thread. That's my source. If the calculations exceeded the bandwidth limitations for a given connection, then I marked it off. Pretty straightforward unless you think the calculator is wrong.

Because windows isn't set up to make use of the excess L3 cache that the x3d chips utilize.ButWhatAbout wrote: ↑08 Mar 2024, 11:17I don‘t understand why you want to change the registry at all. Were the values shown wrong in task manager?

Re: This Is How I Fixed My Input Lag
I tested this over the past two days and noticed that my inputs did feel faster but it negatively affected my hit registry.
Need more info from Foul Play as this may have potential. For now I reverted the changes

Re: This Is How I Fixed My Input Lag
For some reason, ether there's a bug with Windows' HAL or I found a way to brute-force Windows' to use the CPU Cache over the System RAM etc and but setting the Registry Key values in the attachment and following this Power-shell script fixed my input-lag: https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic ...

Re: This Is How I Fixed My Input Lag
I have a 5800X3D and play competitive FPS, will test this tonight.
Unrelated: I just upgraded my stream PC's capture card from an HD60 Pro (capturing at 1080p 60fps via cloned desktop) to a 4K60 Pro (capturing at 1080p 240fps via cloned desktop). I upgraded because I wanted to stream at 120fps, I ...

Re: Why my Timer Resolution is off by 0.0001 ms?
Disable HPET - bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock
I think this only works when you leave HPET on in bios?
My current and Max timers are both synced at .5 and I only used the above and:
Remove synthetic timers - bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes
"Disable HPET - bcdedit /deletevalue ...
