I had the 24 inch version for a week or so before getting the 27 home. First thing I noticed was the power button WAS a bit more picky about how you touch it.

I tested the same thing out in crysis 3. 56-58 fps when moving my mouse left and right. Looking at a tree and focusing on it you can see the fps drop below 60.
