Breaker panel issues today!
Today I lost power for about an hour due to a downed power line. After regaining power my AC's thermostat/smart meter wasn't getting any power. Turns out since regaining power there's a switch in my breaker panel that when turned on causes the switch that powers my thermostat to trip. It only ...

Re: “Possible” indicators of an electricity problem in home
My lights also flicker in my home. My UPS used to consistently trip its breaker due to power fluctuations, but that hasn't happened in a while. Only other weird issue I have is sometimes when I turn on my PC the monitor doesnt detect a signal and I have to unplug both ends of the DP cable, turn off ...

I'm confused what you did. Do you play with both your phone under your monitor and the 20,000Hz tone playing, or only with your phone under the monitor? I'm confused what the purpose of the tone is for. Do you hear changes in the tone when your phone is under the monitor?

Last night had overloaded ports and disconnects in-game
My game has been working for the most part for the past week (it's intermittent). Last night I was using a different controller than I normally use, and I was using an older mini USB cable for it (it wasnt the one that came with the controller, which I cant find. Idk what this one was for.)

Re: strafe inaccuracy and cs2 issues with electricity
Screen tearing can be perfectly normal. I play with my fps uncapped and for that reason screen tearing is expected. It happens on the lower half of the monitor. What is your setup as far as Vsync/Gsync goes? Have you measured your FPS? I would first figure out what's up with the screen tearing ...

So depressing, I thought my problem went away!
My game had been working fine for over a month. I was so happy. Met some friends, was staying up late running some games, until one day after about a month my issue came back. Nothing on my end had changed that I know of asides from a Windows update around that time (which is unable to be ...

Re: Event Viewer Errors/Warnings related to electrical problems?
I dont know anything about electric and wont be touching mine lol.
But what I am doing is ordering a cord so I can kernel debug my main pc and hopefully get more info on the StorPort errors/warnings. I looked up all of StorPort's functions and there are some that correlate to the events so I am ...

Re: Event Viewer Errors/Warnings related to electrical problems?
Somehow I missed your reply. I dont use Intel RST, never had had it installed on my machine. I contacted solidigm (the manufacturer of my Intel SSD in my main PC) and they told me theyve never seen the StorPort errors before but that they want to warranty my drive... I said nah because it isn't ...
