If anyone is using s/ftp ethernet cable hoping to fix interference, you are most likely achieving the opposite.
I found my cable was creating lag randomly when I was trying a different cable and left PC unplugged from ethernet for around 10-15mins.

I and many other posted threads that people complain about why game runs super fast/smooth first 1-3 max days and then fucks up again doesn't make sense, I've tried things like Reboot restorer/deep freze/faronics didnt help

Have you messed with core affinities (keeping DPC's and ISR's on the same 2 cores, especially away from core 0) and interrupt moderation?
