Yes, I can rotate the plug
Thanks for that information. That's very helpful.
or following N/L power plug order in power strip/outlet

Tried Anker 535 500w power station (enough for gaming for 1-2 hours) and mobile internet. Disconnected all ethernet wires, router, shut down the mains, and played completely off grid with no power in apartment. No luck, maybe got very tiny improvement. Must be EMI/RFI in the air, which sucks.

Re: Data/Feedback required. Please test/try something for me
I've been having more luck, or at least had some (temporary) improvements, with plugging PC/monitor/router into the same "smart" power strip with EMI protection, or using (un)shielded ethernet cables and messing with them, or following N/L power plug order in power strip/outlet, than plugging ...

Re: Long time problem I've been facing
You're still doing good OP? BTW what ethernet cables did you buy? Cat5 ones work like trash for me, cat6 gave me instant, noticeable and permanent improvement (still not perfect). Got cat8 now but no difference, maybe because both cables are foiled and isolated already, they are also thick and hard ...

Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth
A small update: I've seen some INSANE improvement for 1-2 days when some tech guys came to fix our elevator & it's motor, VFD and w/e. Gameplay is still better than it was before that, even after 2-3 weeks, and I'm feeling slightly better too (less fatigued, less sleepy, more vigor etc).
