Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth
A small update: I've seen some INSANE improvement for 1-2 days when some tech guys came to fix our elevator & it's motor, VFD and w/e. Gameplay is still better than it was before that, even after 2-3 weeks, and I'm feeling slightly better too (less fatigued, less sleepy, more vigor etc). I'm living...

Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth
I have the same problem and been looking for a fix since 2 years now. My monitor (240Hz) just looks blurry and like 60Hz and makes my game (Fortnite) unplayable and causes input lag. I have my own internet now and know it‘s not a network based problem. I will try to switch my setup from my room int...

Re: PC cases EMI
Hello, I have a friend whose games work perfectly and he has a nzxt phantom 820 cabinet which has a type of steel that does not allow the "EMI" frequencies to enter the PC. Has anyone by chance tried this? How can you be sure his games are working perfectly because of that exact case, and not becau...

Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth
There's no way I'm reading through this entire 14 pages, but the answer is likely: 1) Using a big GPU with 1080p res and your GPU downclocks and is choppy at the lower clock speed 2) Some monitors have compatibility issues with certain GPUs. People have reported frame skipping with (I think it was ...

Re: Ground loop related input lag?
TL;DR : played with ferrite clamps on signal cables & moved everything to one power strip including router, saw an immediate improvement, which lasted for 5 days, now it's slightly worse for 2 days, but playable, am I on the right track & is it ground loop causing lag or not? Hello, I decided to st...
