Make sure your Display Scaling mode are both set to GPU. For me, I found that my second monitor was set to Display and the main game on the main display got limited by the options in the Display mode scale monitor. (360hz on main would lock to 165hz, second monitor) swapping them both to GPU resolve...

I own the AW2521H but I have not experience any frame skipping nor ghosting doing the tests on testufo. as well as the gaming portion seems great!
