Would this monitor still be good for 240fps shooters and locked 60fps games like fighting games? I heard you can still make use of the lower input delay at lower HZ but I'm not sure.

I have a somewhat older CPU (6700k) with a newer graphics card (RTX3070). On Valorant my rig usually pushes between 250-350fps. Would the Acer/Aopen 390hz monitor be a good fit? I also want 390hz for the lower input lag it provides overall.
