Re: It's almost fixed
What does it mean "almost fixed"? It is either fixed or not. Please stop with this nonsense. Well yes, I don't have any issues unless the fridge is running. I want to know what type of noise can a fridge introduce and if is there any way to filter it out. Changing the fridge would be pretty hard ri...

It's almost fixed
Hello, I made this thread a while back: https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10285 Long story short, it was not the ethernet cable that was causing issues. It was a tv antenna amplifier that was installed to draw power from the same fuse box as me: https://ibb.co/c3FQnKn I disconnecte...

Lag did come back but this time I was determined to find the real source of the problem. I asked my neighbor who lives under me in the apartment block to use his electricity to ru...

Re: whats happening on faceit?
Can you post your pc specs? The anticheat and 128 tick consume far more cpu than matchmaking that has no AC and runs at half the tickrate.

Re: In the end it was the stupid ethernet cable
I've accidentally badly crimped an Ethernet cable, and created really weird lag/slowdown effects. Bad network wiring and connectors are definitely a super-common source of lag -- whether be cable, DSL, Ethernet, etc. I have optical fiber up to my router then 1.5 meters of cable coming out of it. Ma...

In the end it was the stupid ethernet cable
A couple of years ago I started getting into csgo, I had an old dell pc with a tape modded xeon x3363, was playing on 120 fps with a 60hz monitor and I was having a good time. After a while I moved to another apartment and I started to play csgo more seriously. At first I didn't notice anything stra...
