did you try another monitor? could it be interference from monitor? since you are so close with mouse?

Could it be that that monitor is emiting EMI? what kind of monitor is it?
And did you try with a different Monitor?

Another question i have for you is , how far is your mouse away from your Monitor, are you playing with your arm fully on the table therefor
the mouse is closer to the monitor same for keyboard or is it further away like a wrist gamer? Let me know.
