Re: Am i the only one ignoring the strobing on my monitors? (Is it still worth it in 2025?)
It's no longer worth it at least until G-Sync Pulsar releases. G-Sync Pulsar will change strobing forever Wish Blur Buster could develop their own VRR Strobing so you wouldn't need proprietary Nvidia hardware some of us have Intel and AMD A blur buster 3.0 with rolling scan, VRR, 1440p very light ma...

Re: Discussion about Phosphor Fade Simulation / Rolling-Scan Software BFI
Don't we have to wait for 1000HZ OLED first? CRT was like OLED it didn't have all these bad backlight bleed and off center tinting of an image as CRT could activate individual pixels like OLED LCD tech is just bad even at 1000HZ I wouldn't touch that after experiencing my QD-OLED I really wish we co...

Re: PG27AQDP vs XL2586X
It's pretty stupid to think that any LCD even with strobing could ever compete with a 480 HZ OLED it doesn't matter how much you pretend the strobe LCD is better in gaming it doesn't change reality that your opinion is simply wrong. No, my experience is not stupid and my opinion is not invalid. PG2...

Ok so been running it for a month now ISET 170 which is 300 Nit strobe and it's still holding up fine, it's now approaching the heat you get out of standard HDR 500 nit but a little less. 300 nit strobe is enough for me for daylight and a huge boost compared to default crap 200 nit I have decided t...

It's glossy but not the real gloss you find in LG TV
QD-OLED are glossier and absorb reflection better

Re: Which monitor to choose in a budget of $700?
^ OLEDs are far superior to LCD no matter what the marketing jargon behind Zowie is, LCD is inferior to OLED in every way imaginable. As an Added Bonus ASUS has a Glossy WOLED monitor the XG27AQDMG which is superior to every matte coating out there. Once you see the clarity of Glossy you won't touch...

Re: ASUS OLED PG27AQDP and inconsistent lag in ELMB mode
Blows my mind how companies don't jump to the idea of Blur Buster 2.0 certification, anytime ASUS and these other companies do their own strobing it's always some garbage implementation.
