i Installed xhci USB 3.1 Controller of ASMedia lately

and after night it doesnt appear in the device manager

so i switch the PC off from the PSU for a few secs
then it back to work

not sure its relevant but might help lead to somewhere

new cable HDMI 2.1 to DVI 1.4 has less DPC latency record with latencymon

around 100-400ms from 1000ms on HDMI 2.1 to HDMI 2.1

also same inputs has lower DPC latency like 700ms and not 1000ms

Is there something that can be config same as DVI to decrease those high DPC ?

its like the server is going into power saving, keep the packets in the server when all the packets are ready
then the server start sending them
