My issues did start with another game (a lesser known fps) 2 years back.
So you haven't fixed you "lag" for two years, in multiple games, with all these changes?
I've seen multiple reports about Valorant (and Siege, Apex, Warzone, CSGO etc) being wonky and not responsive. Try any other game ...
