Thank you for the response :) Since I'm not using RTSS for overlay, I actually think about uninstalling it and just use Afterburner (for my GPU undervolt and fan curve). Hello again. Sorry for the new post, but I just found a solution so I wanted to make separated post, not just edit the main one. My problem was RTSS.
