Due to browser limitations testufo currently doesn't allow u to set custom frame rates. Try Smooth Frog instead. It's similar to testufo, but built as executable like a game so u can test more realistic situations.
also I saw u in the vg259qm forum and I would like to know did anyone find any ...

Yes, 99%+ GPU usage increases render queue latency, typically by around 1-2 frames. You can use Reflex to automatically prevent the GPU from maxing, or a manual FPS limit for the same purpose where Reflex isn't supported.

280Hz, OD80, Racing Mode, Shadow Boost 'off', Brightness 50, Contrast 80, VividPixel 0, Color Temp. User Mode R98 G99 B96
At 280Hz it has low input lag but I think that for games it might be better 240Hz because of faster response times and more room for the refresh cycle at 4,16ms instead of 3 ...

Just got the VG279QM.
Also got a HyperX Pulsefire Surge mouse.
Decided to give this another try. I thought I was getting too old but seems I still got it.
The image is smooth, I did it super fast like in 6m.
