Were you able to test the 480hz WOLED monitors? Would love to know your thoughts on it.

Re: LG 27" 1440p 240hz OLED Ultragear 27GR95QE
I've been hired to work on 240Hz OLEDs as of late, so I'll chime in a bit, as much as my NDAs allow me to do so. My 240Hz OLED is a bit too bright at maximum brightness, so I adjust it down abit. I'm used to ~150nit when I'm doing Visual Studio or documents/articles anyway. Now when gaming, I like ...

Re: LG 27" 1440p 240hz OLED Ultragear 27GR95QE
Anyone else get their monitor today? Still trying to figure out what settings to use for this I’ve been using the monitor for almost 3 weeks and settled with using on Gamer 1 with colour temp set to “C1”. Other than that you can adjust the rest to your liking. I have mine set to: brightness 60-70 (...

Re: Stutters and framerate spikes since November 2022
hello OP. Same issue here with a 5800x3d, I stutter mostly in cs go and pubg. Warzone, cyberpunk and gta5 is fine. All games were also fine when it was just a 5800x there :/ Unfortunately 7800x3d won’t be out until April so I won’t be able to resolve this until then. Not sure if you had seen it but...

Re: Stutters and framerate spikes since November 2022
Looks like I spoke too soon regarding no framerate spikes when gsync, vsync, and fps limiter were all turned off. I was experiencing the spikes today on every game I listed, Apex Legends, Halo Infinite, Fortnite, Destiny 2, and Warzone 2. Yup. Frametime spike causes are numerous and can come and go...

Re: Stutters and framerate spikes since November 2022
The only change I made to the PC was upgrading the CPU to 5800x3d from 3700x two weeks before the stutters first occurred. So far I had the the best results by disabling gsync, vysnc, and all fps limiters. Stutters were basically gone and tearing was minimal. However, yesterday, even on these setti...

Re: Multiple frame-rate limite
I’ve been on windows 10 the whole time. Noted. I appreciate you going out of your way to answer my questions. Thank you You're welcome. I apologize for lengthening this thread. There’s one last thing I wanted to add. First of all I did testing on the LG 27gr95qe while the second monitor was unplugg...

Re: Multiple frame-rate limite
I actually did a test using CapFrameX while playing Halo Infinite and it showed the framerate spikes. https://forums.blurbusters.com/download/file.php?id=3187 You're worried about a couple of, at worst, sub 20ms frametime spikes over a 1 minute period that comprise merely 0.2% (0.12s) of the experi...
