Just got an email 10 minutes ago from ViewSonic that the XG2431 is available in Europe (atleast in Romania). So it might be worth it to wait a bit if it isn't available in your country yet.

Emailed ViewSonic and they told me they estimate that it will be available in spring of 2023.
