Re: This Is How I Fixed My Input Lag [Update]

I just wanted to say thank you very much. I've been struggling with really bad mouse lag/floaty feeling and this is the first "fix" that has made a noticeable difference. CS2 feels MUCH better after running extensive tests to rule out placebo. Everything from bios tweaks to reg edits, EMI testing a...

Re: Optimal Freesync Settings?

Today I used G-SYNC Pendulum Demo to test my LG 27GP850-B 165 Hz monitor. My graphics card is AMD 6700 XT. Below 165 fps, the bar showed no tearing. As soon as I set fps to 165 and above, there was some tearing. Enhanced sync resulted in some micro stutters. For the smoothest settings, I turned on ...

Re: INPUT LAG FIXED ! - need permanent solution

there is not important how much the voltage drop or increase that will not fix anything. When you turn on the iron they consume like 1000W or more but is way diferent consuming compare to PC. Iron has no power suply it just burn electric energy no mater if the energy is bad or good it can burn anyt...

Re: Latency decreases after switching mouse dpi. Why?

Why did you delete my post? He clearly says this happens on every mouse he’s tried, not one particular one, also it does it in bios, so that rules out any Windows/os assumptions Because it's not electricity. What does electricity have to do with it? I connected the computer from battery and the res...

CS2 network lag

Hi all. I had a problem after one of the CS2 updates. My FPS is quite stable and capped at 236. The Internet is also stable, I tested at different times of the day. The point is that opponents/allies (models of players in the game) do not move smoothly, but intermittently (by jumping). I entered the...

Re: Question about how Nvidia Reflex works

It is interesting to check whether reflex reduces input lag under the condition of Reflex + Vsync compared to Vsync + FPS limiter In-game.

Re: [Radeon+MouseHz Interference] atieclxx calls GetRawInputData causing mouse jitter - patched w/ python!

A new driver version 24.3.1 was released and AMD engineers did not fix the problem with atieclxx.exe. At a high mouse polling rate of 4000-8000hz, the sensitivity still feels bad; your mouse is literally swimming in oil. But Aeodyn's fix works fine.
I hope one day AMD engineers will fix this bug.

Re: [Radeon+MouseHz Interference] atieclxx calls GetRawInputData causing mouse jitter - patched w/ python!

Okay, I followed the instructions and still got an error with the wrong file name or something. atieclxx.exe and your script were in the same folder. I updated the OP with more detailed instructions; lmk how it goes. Okay, I followed the instructions and actually managed to patch the file. It looks...

Re: [Radeon+MouseHz Interference] atieclxx calls GetRawInputData causing mouse jitter - patched w/ python!

To run a Python script, you can open a cmd/powershell window, cd to the directory, and then do (in this case) "py patch_atieclxx.py" (or use the path to python.exe instead of "py"). Just double-clicking it may also work, but it'll be harder to tell. It won't hurt mouse input at all, no. Not sure if...
