Re: useplatformclock (Windows stutters)

bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes

That is the only change I make to the setting, without touching BIOS. There is a noticeable difference in both w10 and w11. I'm not claiming this is the best setting, but it is an improvement over default.

Re: Nvidia latency ultra

I am posting here as a reminder that I found a bug in low latency mode, causing an extreme decrease in 2d performance. I will link to the post momentarily.

Re: Need CS2 demos of desync/enemies moving too fast, etc.

Sounds like a congested network to me. Mine was quite bad, lost cell service several hours daily and Internet was only lag free in middle of the night. I tried tier 1 and 2 fiber, qci 6 and 7 cell. All had congestion except late at night.

Re: Need CS2 demos of desync/enemies moving too fast, etc.

It sounds to me like you're experiencing desync offline with bots in CS2? Why are you bringing this up with me? I fixed my input delay/desync for all offline games, the steps are in my guide.

Re: Need CS2 demos of desync/enemies moving too fast, etc.

Seems like the factual state of the Internet is offending some of you. It's almost like a coordinated bot attack... I post a bunch of useful information and people try to bury it with nonsensical hyperbole. Are you chatbots or something? You're not even talking about the topic.

Re: Need CS2 demos of desync/enemies moving too fast, etc.

After spending hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours of testing and research over the past few years on this subject, I have concluded the desync is an Internet issue.

Providing demos could potentially help Valve in improving this, but in my experience of rewatching a demo, the lag was ...

Explain why Valve keeps trying to fix desync with network patches then.
