I don't have a C9 so am not 100% sure, but I do have the C1 aka the last LG OLED to do 120hz BFI. The CX certainly has it to. I assume yours does.

Is there a reason why strobing isn't being implemented on oled monitors? I'd be very keen on a 27" 240hz oled with stobing.
