Ok thanks, rising lower 48hz to 50, 60, 80, 100 didnt solve the problem. I added v range 48-270hz and no flickering anymore. Now I can keep 280hz OC on and cap FPS 265fps for the games.

So its common for these OC monitors to flicker max hz VRR on when they are natively 240hz?

after game tests I have to say this monitor feels best when I turn freesync on and cap fps 275. Its very clear and smooth, according to Rtings inputlag difference is only 2.6ms vs 2.4ms. Yeah sure, but with my shaky hands and smartphone . Its as good as it is. Maybe these helps a bit!

I did buy VG259QM yesterday and it was amazingly crap. I did compare it to X25 f - severe ghosting, washed out colors, 2 dead picels, bad ips glow, loose panel frame...
