A further update on my original issue of XG2431 OSD not working. I now have three XG2431 for a triple monitor setup. All bought from the Australian retailer Scorptech. An update: I've received a replacement XG2431 from Viewsonic via my Australian retailer Scorptech. The OSD buttons are now working fine! All of the buttons work easily. Good service from Viewsonic and Scorptech.

I just bought a XG2431 in Australia. However, the OSD buttons don't (seem to) work. I suspect it's either: just a dud unit and requires a warranty return; or this is a systematic quality control issue in the Australian market.
