if anyone tell u its reduce the latency its a lie its create more IRQs for more troubles when u on msi mode

This is one of the few tweaks that people do that make a difference. In my experience if you have a week cpu you want short quantum with high foreground priority.
On the other hand if you have a good high end cpu, short quantum + high foreground is just better.
