This is "normal" that you can hear noise from GPU VRMs in your headphones. It's common thing.

To further that post ^, here's where you can compare multiplane overlay (MPO) config/status. (Windows Key) + R, then run "dxdiag", choose save all information button, save it wherever is convenient. I've noticed Timer Resolution will read 0.497 ms with 'bcdedit /set useplatformtick no' instead of 0.5 ms. Researching various threads here some have suggested that using 'bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes' will always lock in Timer Resolution to 0.5 ms - that being said this may not be favorable du...

In my opinion, there's something wrong with the wiring in your house. Did you have an electrician who check your electrical installation?
