Re: G-SYNC and framerate caps
Thank you. I'M using ENB to cap frames to 135 in Fallout 4. I assume it's better than with Rivatuner or the same at least.

Re: G-SYNC and framerate caps
Sorry for bumping an old thread, but this seems to be the place to ask: Has anything changed? Do we still need to cap FPS to ~135 in order to prevent input lag? Anyone knows?

Re: NVIDIA 353.06, Kepler fix, ULMB CP toggle + G-SYNC VSYNC
Because if you hit max fps with vsync off you get tearing and if you hit it with vsync on you get input lag
I get about 300-500 FPS in CS:GO with G-sync on and V-sync off. I don't really notice any tearing because of the high fps count and being used to tearing in CS:GO anyway. Is it still better ...

I posted the Display Pilot on page 3 (in my linked review). Here it is again, straight from BenQ support: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByZFdQ ... sp=sharing

Re: BenQ XL2420G Release Info
I played LoL, HOTS, SC2, D3, Crysis 3, CS:GO, Hearthstone. I don't know what to say about G-sync except that it works as advertised. But my own setup gives me good FPS in everything I play (60+), so I can't really say much about lower frame rates, I didn't go through the process of forcing some ...

General questions about Aero
What are the effects of enabling or disabling Aero in Windows 7? Is there a difference for Windowed games or Full screen games? Is there a difference in input lag?
The ufo test doesn't go over 60 fps with Aero disabled, is this just a browser thing or would games also be stuck at 60Hz refresh rate ...

Re: not gonna lie, I can't see the difference with ULMB on
Make sure your second monitor is disabled if you have one. That was my problem when I didn't notice any effects from ULMB. (though I also had to reduce the strobe phase and duty).

Re: BenQ XL2420G Release Info
Coming from a Dell Ultrasharp H-IPS panel, I have absolutely no complaints now. They were horrible at first in Classic mode without Display Pilot + Standard preset, but it's fairly easy to get them to look great. In G-sync mode they look good right away. I just bump the digital vibrance slightly.

Re: BenQ XL2420G Release Info
I've reviewed the product over at NCIX. Like I said, this is no professional review, just a consumer one. It should be up soon here.
