Do you mean vsync off via Nvida or the Game? Normally Nvidia's standard settings is to let the game decide and when its turned off there, there shouldnt be problems, right? When this article was written, Nvidia had not introduced the option yet to set vsync to OFF. I would also like to know, if anything under the max. supported timer resolution of 0.5ms causes any problems.

In Win11 for example, there seems to be fixed & I constantly get 0.5ms. Why is it messed up in Win10 then?
