in my with transmit and receive buffers, i've tried with some values, ex: 128/512 default - 1024/2048 (it's like bullets hit 'better' but a bit 'slower' in terms of the enemies dying when i shoot them, yes it's strange to explain :P) - 64/64 (for me, give me best results with a 'faster' gameplay ...

I just comment to second this, i remember having a laptop with Realtek nic and when i disabled it and played with WiFi the games works so good, at the moment i disable the device in dev manager the mouse instant feel different
In my current rig i only have Realtek lan so just have to live with that ...

Yo, basically my motherboard is the ASUS B450 TUF GAMING PLUS
with the realtek nic
What I did :
Delete the nic driver and disable realtek lan on bios
deleting the driver is important bc even if you disable it you'll still lag even offline or even if you don't use it
I deleted it in device ...

Hi bro! I have 5800x too with 3600mhz cl20 ram and 3070. I feel the mouse so floaty, and also the keyboard have a "sluggish feeling" can you give me some tips for this cpu to make it more responsive?btw i tried all usb ports

When i enable the XMP profile the timings are
20-26-26-46 at 1.35v, with XMP i notice the system a laggy in terms of responsiveness, the timings of this ram are crappy for the cpu i think... can i tune up a bit for make it more efficient? Thanks in advance

have you tested if your frame rates and minimum frame times are worse with XMP enabled?
Check in the BIOS or with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to see how loose each timing is being set. Some RAM have really loose secondary timings with XMP, which can make it perform worse than the default ...
