Re: Polling behavior of Gsync and input lag
http://www.blurbusters.com/gsync/preview2/ That is an old article, but very shocking. I am not familiar with the technical knowledge or the latest news, so I don't know how things have changed since this article was written. Namely, whether Nvidia improved the input lag due to Gsync polling when ab...

I think you use 128GB RAM? What configuration? For games, you're usually much better off with something like 2x16GB with high XMP clocks and lower latencies. More but slower RAM can have a negative impact on minimum framerates, which you seem to be suffering from.

Re: Related to display ratio
CPU bottlenecks don't cause any additional input lag beyond the frame time difference. GPU bottlenecks will cause frames to pile up in the render queue, causing a very noticeable input lag increase. This is what Nvidia Reflex prevents from happening. Nvidia ultra low latency (NULL) and Radeon anti-l...

Freesync is always better if it works for that game and your display is good at VRR.

Re: Flicker on 271QRX (not typical)
I was going by what the rtings review said, which is "Recommended Overdrive Setting: No Overdrive". I misunderstood that as a recommendation to disable overdrive. But apparently what it means is that this display has no overdrive.

Re: Flicker on 271QRX (not typical)
Turn off overdrive in the monitor OSD and see if that helps. It's recommended to disable overdrive anyway with his display.

Check whether or not you have launch options set in one of the account but not on the other.

Re: Blur Buster's G-SYNC 101 Series Discussion
I hope somebody could help me with that? What is the benefit of having v-sync 'on' within the g-sync range: variable refresh rate? I have not noticed any difference in quake champions. It prevents tearing in cases where you get tearing. If you don't have any cases where you get tearing, then it won...
