I found out that my eyes were the problem started taking Lutein eye supplements a week ago stuff actually works if your eyes are sensitive to light due to lack of outdoor activity =)

I use a 21.5 ASUS from 2011 for surfing and a 24" BENQ XL2411Z for gaming. I want this monitor cause it's cheaper then what I was looking at just want to use it for gaming at 4K.
I was wondering if I can use it at 144hz or will it default to 60hz with a Nvidia card?

Gsync easier on the eyes then High Refresh or the same?

I have a BenQ XL2411Z but find it causes more eyestrain on longer gaming sessions then my 60hz 24" monitors.
I'm wondering if Gsync would help with eyestrain during long gaming sessions.
My monitors are tweaked and not maxed out with brightness contrast ect... =)
