Re: How I fixed my input lag
I am not very confident in audio but is there a way to use brick wall filtering at a Software-Level without a DAC? Maybe foobar from GitHub or any other program? I only have a HyperX Cloud 2 "DAC". Are there any findings if the same benefit can achieved by tuning the khz and bitrate at sound setting...

Re: 2023 Esports Optimization Guide
Game mode turned on. This causes Windows to be micromanaging apps in the background, which causes a decrease in mouse fidelity. HAGS turned on. This causes excessive 3D load spikes, leading to lag and a loud PC under light load. Do you have any benchmarks/proofs for these statements? On my testings...

Re: Why does Display port and HDMI feel so different?
I have also tested this on my LG 27GP950-B. 120Hz HDMI certified > 160Hz DP VESA certified.
I will hit more one tap shots on HDMI, even it has 120Hz (144Hz on some resolutions)
If this should be placebo feeling this is crazy... Feels so much better on HDMI.

Re: For my part it was a network problem and not an electricity problem.
A week ago I made an incredible discovery that definitely solved my problem. I did exactly what this person advises for internet Absolute bshit. Turning off offloads and checksums loading CPU with tasks which network adapter is used for. In csgo you have sub-1mb/s speeds, so your NIC is not loaded ...

Re: reappearing gsync causing stuttering in csgo
with firewall i block everything related to system For my understanding, blocking it via Service disable seems easier cuz you dont know if Microsoft switched to another Server then Windows will send also some data, even if the Main-Server are blocked by your firewall. Sry if i am wrong, but i have ...

Re: Do you think less erratic FPS overcomes RTSS latency hit?
Ahh so aslong as it dose not cause cause stutter then the FPS can be a variable as it likes? But yes, typically, RTSS set at a limit your average framerate can be sustained at 99% of the time is going to achieve the most consistent average frametime/latency experience. So RTSS will be the "best" Li...

Re: Surprising Observation! HPET On vs. Off
at these linked video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TF-jpouz7b8&t=280s) some user 1 year ago posted in the comments that disabling HPET give godlike mouse/input lag feeling but really bad hitreg issues/desync. Another one agrees. I am not at home to test it on my own but is this true (Valorant/CS...

Re: Input Lag with GSYNC
Thank you.
On my previous Dell it was easy to "debloat" the EDID (software/driver) and get straight 144.000Hz
also it felt like a Day and Night difference if i loaded my delbloated profile.
On my 27GP950-B it makes no difference or i cannot feel it (non-GSYNC, fixed refresh).
