Gaming PC's Are NOT properly grounded to the Case
https://youtu.be/9esauzfuDiQ The modern gaming PC is no longer sitting in a well shielded EMI resistant metal beige tank. At best we get 1/2 or 1/3 of the shielding capabilities using tempered glass, meaning swaths of EMI can go straight through as light would a glass pane. Worse still, new release...

Re: Valorant's Netcode Desync Fixed with RAM Timings and Nvidia FPS Caps
I now have somewhat significant volumes of data to support that there is indeed a strong correlation with changing the DRAM timings to fall within certain ratios to better the hitreg in Valorant. As to why this is the case, it is a solution to a 5-10 variable equation that commits both Reflex, ULL,...

Nice to see that people have found this. Some addresses to your questions and skepticism: Personally this is what I run at this time: 5.1GHz Unified core and cache on a 12900KF with 1.35V LLC3, IO LLC2 and AVX disabled entirely 5100MHz DDR4 @ 20-30-30-70-100 1T command Rate RAM, 2 sticks of 8gb Tea...

Re: Looking for help with input/desync issues
Hey, I know this sounds really basic and dumb AF, Try replacing all your screws with 'non painted' or 'anodized' screws, making sure that you get a somewhat tight mount on each of the motherboard standoffs (make sure none are missing in the holes where the motherboard is meant to mount). Then tighte...

Re: Valorant's Netcode Desync Fixed with RAM Timings and Nvidia FPS Caps
Your packets are formed only with data that forms the packets. I'm not talking about the packets going in and out of the NIC, I'm talking about how the PC forms the packets and what order data goes into each packet, or if it delays enough to send into multiple packets. AM3+ unfortunately is a garbag...

Re: CS GO Input Lag
Try running your ram in slots 1-2, changing room and power board, also changing your router or cable that you may be running from it to something better. You can also try setting your ram timings dictacted by the cas latency in this order (which ever is doable first) 1-2-2-4 1-1.5-1.5-3.5 1-1-1-3 1...

Re: Valorant's Netcode Desync Fixed with RAM Timings and Nvidia FPS Caps
You can't fix hitreg with ram timings lol. hitreg issues appear cause of incorrect enemy positions and those data are network based. there is nothing on client side which has a impact on this. You are forget about local interpolation on the client, which may be broken somehow yes somehow and broken...

Re: someone fixed netcode and even hitreg and desync just by ram timings...
Tried it and it made absolutely no difference to hitreg... Depends if you had the issue to begin with, what settings you have applied, and if you've got any issues besides it. Ram timings is just part 2 of externally capping the FPS of the game. You can't really have either or - only both at the sa...
