Well I fixed my problem with Input lag, Heavy mouse feeling etc finally. For me it was slight astigmatism with my eyes which was enough that I lost focus, which resulted in all those symptoms I felt while gaming. Got glasses, put the monitor way back like "ELIGE" for example. Bro...I frag like a kid...
