Re: Ideas of new TestUFO tests -- SUGGESTIONS HERE
The following test of black frame insertion https://www.testufo.com/#test=blackframes&count=2&equalizer=1 This requires the customization ability for the background to be changed from black to other colours lets say the same colour which are available from ghosting test. This will allow users to se...

Re: Frame repeating for strobed monitor
Could someone point me in right direction where can I learn how to write programs for drivers for such purposes? I have done BSc. in computer science and good in programming so I might go fiddle with things and write something up. I did read the posts about the Skyrim after you told me about it Falk...

Re: Frame repeating for strobed monitor
so if driver based BFI can be done could it be also possible to implement to repeat the last frame too? so 30fps or 60fps would be stretched out as 60-90-120 frames would be same slow game to play but easy to look at through strobing where it have 2-3-4 frames stretched out of single frame and still...

Re: Frame repeating for strobed monitor
thanks for replying. Let me be clear of what I am asking by example. Example: lets say I have 2 games one is lord of the rings battle for middle earth(lotrbfme) rts frame locked at 30fps and another is shadow of mordor(som) not frame locked and can run at 120fps. If the monitor on which is to be run...

Frame repeating for strobed monitor
My query here is that when we watch movies and play games there are limitations of what movies are made at fps wise and games being fps locked thus strobing with them can't be done directly to have no negative viewing experience as they are strobed at lower fps. I know movies can interpolated using ...

Re: PLS or IPS ULMB
i am willing to use 85hz refresh rate for ULMB, will it still be not usable at those res with 980 gtx? I used to game at 85hz crt if it can maintain fps for that I might consider not waiting and buying 980gtx but I can wait as such kind of monitors take years to come to my country(pakistan) for regu...

Since acer XB270HU is ips monitor with 1440p resolution monitor, can we expect to get 24 inch 1080p resolution version monitor cause I want to use ULMB with ips and I will be buying single 980 gtx and it will not output that much fps to maintain the fps for 100 hz or even 85 hz ulmb on 1440p. I am h...
