Re: 4K enthusiasts? | What is the best 4K 144/160hz?

Couldn't find any credible reviews from this AOC model, probably because it's a cheap model. How can you know GTG response times, input delay, strobing quality, color accurary, motion blur performance and other measurable factors without a proper review? YouTubers saying "Whoa guys, check it out... ...

Re: 4K enthusiasts? | What is the best 4K 144/160hz?

Odyssey Neo G8 is your only real option. Why ? can you argue ? i said for 700 euro maximum and it's above 700 euro... I should have specified but I don't want above 28 inches and no VA. So unfortunately, no. It's the fastest 4k monitor available and has full array backlight with local dimming. Due ...

Stop with the nonsense. It's not because oled makes them "obsolete". Tn is still king for pure competitive gaming advantage.

Re: Why are there no other 360hz TN panels?

Because TN has too many drawbacks in picture quality and OLEDs make them essentially obsolete.

Re: ViewSonic XG2431 Discussion Thread [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS with Best Strobing]

I imagine a BlurBuster Certified 2.0 240hz OLED monitor would then put every other blur-reduction technology to shame, like DyAC+ and ULMB2 since crosstalk shouldnt exist in OLED displays.

Today, LCD strobing is 1ms, and direct-view OLED BFI can't yet go far below ~4ms.
What is the technical reason for OLEDs not being able to go below 4ms? Too dim or flickery?
OLED could be the perfect display for BFI implementation due to no crosstalk and near-instant response times.
