It seems like exactly what the TINK4K does.

OLED = Backlit OLED, filtered into RGB colors+extra white subpixel. Or Blue backlit, filtered into RGB (QD-OLED).
True RGB OLED = Individual R, B and G are self-emissive OLED material, only seen on earlier Samsung models and Professional Sony Monitors.

It's worth it. Imagine how clean Half-Life and Max Payne will look at 480hz in higher resolutions.
