Re: Software BFI options?

Anybody tried software BFI on Oled monitors? I have Alienware AW3423DWF with 164.900Hz. I don't like how BFI flickers at 60Hz on my LG C2, but at 82.450Hz it could be acceptable, and it's easier to hold steady 82.45fps. I already gave up with VRR, because I couldn't stand flickering. What options d...

Re: OLED monitor with ULMB2 support?

Ok. If OLED doesn't have ULMB, it can't work 50Hz for strobe.

But LG 27GR95QE OLED has VESA Clear MR 13000. Does this CMR mean 13000 pixels/sec?

Hello.

Does any OLED monitor have ULMB2? Yes, is this available? Or when?

Re: OLED BFI Options?

This only refers to the current 240Hz OLED backplane. You can get close to 0.5ms MPRT with PlayStation VR2 already (lower pulse widths at lower brightnesses). Alternatively, you can already get 0.3ms MPRT with Oculus Quest 2, or Valve Index 2. Also, there's the quality improvement afforded by brute...

Re: OLED BFI Options?

OLED has only 4 ms MPRT!? Bad... We want 0.5 or lower.

For CRT monitors, you should use CVT or GTF standard (padrão).
I choose GTF for 1920x1080@60Hz and this can be fine! Thank much you! :)

anti motion blur
No but yes the motion blur reduction is HUGE :) but this requires the hardware or software strobe support for the thin monitor. But the disadvantage of software strobe is little randomly stuttering by frame and/or by flicker. ;)
