I resolved 90% of it by switching my ethernet cables to standard UTP's instead of s/ftp. I have tried seperate pcie network card and made 0 difference. This is actually interesting, same for me! Does "the lag is minimal" mean desync fix or the mouse feel better?

Desync fix mostly but the mouse feels more responsive from that matter too because the input lag is less.
So I'd say a bit of both just more desync wise.

The strafe inaccuracy is actually something I've noticed with valorant aswell. If the input lag is high the keyboard strokes do not register in time and you end up shooting without stopping first. Why does windows install another high definition audio controller when I install my graphics driver? If I only selected the graphics driver shouldn't Microsoft respect my choice?

I believe it's because your gpu cable transfers sound even if you don't install the driver.
