I dont know whats wrong with my pc. When i enable those tick settings and default timer every game im playing is hella smooth but mouse is not responsive feels like 1kg cant track enemys cant snap and its like playing at 120 ping. How and why does it work? I am really confused right now. :D idk, reboot drivers can resolve that issue. im use devcon to restart nvidia driver every boot (im put .bat to startup + decrese startup application time). I noticed that with a new driver installation on the video card, the first day the registration of hits in CS2 was completely normal. But after a few days the registration gets worse and worse until I install a new driver again. What could be the reason? you can get same effect if you use restart64...

Wasn't able to use that DX control panel app but did some googling and came across some threads on how to disable those two entries in the display tab of dxdiag via registry. After adding these two in and checking dxdiag before and after both fields - DirectDraw/Direct3D Acceleration show disabled....
