I don't think this is the cause. A fresh installed windows also has this issue. The problem will come back after a couple of days/months

Yea, so, you first short the 2 probes together to get the reading. That is the value your aiming for. It doesn't need to be exact.

It has been over a week now, I still cannot feel the floaty feeling. Mouse feels accurate when making slow or fast movements. I honestly don't even wanna touch my pc, because I don't want it to get ruined again xd
