I think with this and other tweeks plus breathing technique that i have developed. I have managed to get the smoothest gameplay i have ever gotten past 10 years that is consistent now for over 2-3 weeks. Before all fixes including this give me temporary relief of symptoms then all go to shits. Now ...

I have tested further, and it turns out that my NIC driver cannot be set to limit 1 or put into legacy mode. Whenever I disable MSI Mode on my NIC, my internet is completely off (Error Code 10). Did you ever have problems like this before?.

As you mention in the MSI Tweaks section, you're currently using Limit "1" for all devices and have "Undefined" interrupt priority.
