You can see the wire that hangs down leaves a bright green trail when any of the PureXP options are enabled. If there's someway to tweak my way out of that, I would love to know how.

ULMB is nvidia tuned blur reduction and there is no ULMB-SYNC monitors at this point in time. Some Asus, Gigabyte and MSI monitors in the other hand do support it.
