Re: ULMB greyed out in OSD menu

For anyone who is looking to enable ULMB2 (and probably good general advice for this feature):

Make sure Power Save isn't turned on on your monitor.

Re: How often are monitors tested for Blur Busters approval?

Hey! I appreciate the comment. Thanks, is there an FAQ I'm missing somewhere that explains what "VA" is and the other panel type that is more desirable?

Also, are there plans to test newer monitors...?

Re: How often are monitors tested for Blur Busters approval?

Here's a video I made of the problem with my XG270QC:

You can see the wire that hangs down leaves a bright green trail when any of the PureXP options are enabled. If there's someway to tweak my way out of that, I would love to know how.

How often are monitors tested for Blur Busters approval?

Just wondering how often new monitors are tested for the Blur Busters official seal of approval? I've been stumbling around this site and the internet looking for a new monitor since my XG270QC https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VKPWYQ5 (the curved version of the Blur Busters recommended monitor) ...

Re: Curved monitor capable of ULMB AND GSYNC at same time?

ULMB is nvidia tuned blur reduction and there is no ULMB-SYNC monitors at this point in time. Some Asus, Gigabyte and MSI monitors in the other hand do support it. Asus calls it ELMB-SYNC, Gigabyte Aim Stabilizer Sync, MSI MPRT Sync. See the list here . BUT all the implementations done so far are n...

Curved monitor capable of ULMB AND GSYNC at same time?

Hey guys, hope this topic is ok to add. I'm looking for a curved monitor that can do ULMB AND GSYNC at the same time - I've clicked through the BB monitor list recommendations, but I realized that even if I did find one that does both ULMB and GSYNC; there's no guarantee it does both at the same tim...

Suggestions for large-size TVs with blur reducing features?

Hey all! I'm looking for suggestions on what to spend my cash on for larger-sized TVs that have blur reduction features. Specifically, I'd really like to pick up a TV that has ULMB / BFI (Black Frame Insertion?), and I can't find that advertised anywhere. I'm hoping one of you fine humans has done t...

Best CRT-like gaming monitor? - speed & color

Gentlepeople! First of all, I am thrilled that there is an entire website and community based around one of what I see as the worst aspects of technology as it advances: flat panel monitors. I am so grateful that motion blur bothers other people as much as it bothers me. I am currently using a break...
