UPDATE: The temp fix that helped me the most was plugging the air conditioning in the same power strip as my PC and monitor and leaving it on. Hi, for the past 3-4 years, I've been struggling with a problem of an unclear and choppy image.
It feels like there’s not enough FPS in games, but the FPS is stable at 600-900 depending on the game.

FYI I disabled PBO + Core performance boost and my cs2 feels alot more stable. I'm thinking of downloading MSI precision to lock my GPU clocks now as well to see if that helps too.


Locking GPU clocks will most definitely help with smoothness + u can underclock.

Have you considered trying to mess with a custom resolution using CRU? Perhaps your display is frameskipping.
