I bet you're using "high performance" as power plan. that is not suitable for for P/E cpus, use balanced instead with manual tweaking. Remove process lasso, W11 scheduler does a really good job on scheduling the right cores/threads. You're getting problems ( I am 99% sure) because of the power plan....

After some testing, I managed to get OC to be working using softMCCS on my 2411P fw v13
When using the OC resolution, change scanmode to over/underscan and change it back to normal, and after that move the 0xEF slider around (or other manufacturer specific).
