Re: Gaming PC's Are NOT properly grounded to the Case
the pc is not performing hit detection and iterp correctly in online games, or not properly sending movement due to some EMI or other electrical issue. I find this hard to believe but there's a lot of posts on this board with people having the same experience Never experienced any issue like that b...

Re: Not an EMI thread - Terminal slug cursor is PSU resistance based, not interference based
Also, I've gone and talked to JonnyGuru about the bare copper thing. He says: "We use tinned copper wires and terminals and I believe everyone else does too." So the difference in mouse movement between some of these PSUs seems to be entirely due to 16 vs 18 AWG PCIE/CPU cables + 18 vs 16 vs 14 AWG ...

Re: Not an EMI thread - Terminal slug cursor is PSU resistance based, not interference based
When I got my newest build, the only ATX 3.0 Available to purchase was from thermaltake, safe to say even though I had a mini case, everything was so close to each other, the standard cables barely made it. Cable management went down the drain since there was literally no place for them to go from ...

Re: Not an EMI thread - Terminal slug cursor is PSU resistance based, not interference based
Interesting, I’ve just ordered a 125V power cable to test with this setup (both the monitor and psu are 250v) which should come tomorrow, saw another guy say he has better results with the 125, but I guess I’ll find out I don’t know anything about that subject, but for PSU’s, the guy who runs HWBus...

Re: Found the cause of my input lag
Funny thing is that I thought I would be forced off MBR/CSM over to GPT when I bought a 7800xt in order to use things like rebar. Then it seemed like mouse movement was better with above 4g decoding turned off when I was testing things out, so can’t say I really miss it. It seems the setting is not ...

Re: Lowest input lag usb card for mouse / keyboard
2.0 definitely feels better to me, feels slightly more sharp/precise, shame most newer boards have done away with them Yea, it’s pretty easy to tell a difference even though both ports go to the same USB 3.2 controller, but the pin out is different. I haven’t been paying much attention to newer 8k ...

Re: Almost all ≥240hz LCD monitors are not compliant. Why?
I just wanted to inform you that some of our forum members have contacted me to complain about this behavior of your derailing forum threads on Blur Busters Forums with excessive mentions of eyestrain topics (happened several times) Indeed, while eyestrain topics are now a bigger concern than they ...

Re: Can we freaking have a no BOE panel ?! ( 1440p 240hz~ )
No, because BOE is the ONLY brand of 1440p 240hz panel that doesn't have unbearable eye strain. r0ach, when posts are not in Display Comfort, please ask "Why not BOE? Is it because you're concerned about eyestrain?" Rather than assuming eyestrain. The original poster didn't inquire about eyestrain,...

Re: Lowest input lag usb card for mouse / keyboard
Yea, not sure where these strange people came from that think plugging in a mouse on USB 3.0 ports feels better. Doesn't matter if it's z77, z87, z170, or z590, the 2.0 ports are always better for me. Yes, if you want to run a meme mouse with 1 billion hz polling rate then the 3.0 ports might be mor...

Re: Found the cause of my input lag
Makes me wonder what the difference is between an original Windows 7 boot from a purchased CD, and a rufus to usb install, and if we can emulate the original way? Since I install via MBR mode I've always used win 7 USB stick creator for everything including Windows 10. Is there actually a differenc...
