https://forums.blurbusters.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=13080 you can get same effect if you use restart64 from cru or devcon, or just disable nvidia driver and enable it again from device manager. Just install CRU (Custom Resolution Utility) and launch restart64.exe (to restart graphic driver) every PC...

Buffering to smooth over packet loss (cl_interp_ratio) increases total value. Who have tested it? (Buffering to smooth over packet loss) should i put it to 1/2 packets or none?

Do you have HyperThreading off? Try turning it on, make sure CS2 uses all threads and cores

I noticed that with a new driver installation on the video card, the first day the registration of hits in CS2 was completely normal. But after a few days the registration gets worse and worse until I install a new driver again. What could be the reason? you can get same effect if you use restart64...

I don't think testing polling rate with a website is reliable. The browser you are using may handle polling rate in a wrong way or something, test with mousetester instead.
