I tried changing it once and left it like that ever since. If I switch between values, FF makes it feel optimal for me but there isn't any kind of testing methodology here, just personal preference.

Weird that you have that issue tho, are your bios up to date and ethernet drivers aswell ?

Hey im looking for some information about my case.
Sometimes when i run pc my internet is not working , rebooting pc is not fixing it, but in that moment my mouse feels rly good like theres 0 input lag and its snappy.
To fix this problem i need to shutdown PC turn off AC and press pc power button ...

If you wanted to try whatever he did, probably something like below.

Driver paths:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mouclass.sys (has digital signature)
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mouhid.sys (doesn't have digital signature)
